The ingredients given in the recipes is nt specific enough and mislead us to buy the wrong ingredients. the steps of recipes is also all messed up and the process of grating is also nt clear enough, leading to us doing the wrong thing. the cassava is nt stated to be raw and not steamed before grated and we bought steamed cassava, which is the wrong ingredients. 1/10 of medium coconut is needed to buy grated ones but it was nt stated and we bought the whole coconut, which is also wrong. overall, the planning was not detailed and clear enough and is difficult to follow.
